Q: How Much Does Shipping Cost?

A: No matter how many items you order, shipping & handling is always just $8 per order.

Q: How long will it take to receive my orders?

A: Since all orders are made by hand, please allow two to four weeks for delivery.

Q: Are products identical to the pictures?

A: Although the designs are as pictured, because each piece is custom made with natural gemstones, the cut and color of the stones may vary slightly from what is pictured.

Q: What is your policy on Returns?

A: Your satisfaction is guaranteed and your money will be returned if you return your necklace for any reason within thirty (30) days of purchase.

Q: How long are the necklaces?

A: All necklaces/prices featured are for the 16” length, please see the "Add 2" product for more information on how you may lengthen your piece.
