Q: How Much Does Shipping Cost?

A: No matter how many items you order, shipping & handling is always just $5.00 per order.

Q: How long will it take to receive my orders?

A: Since all orders are made by hand, please allow two to three weeks for delivery.

Q: Are products identical to the pictures?

A: Although the general designs/colors are as pictured, each piece may vary slightly as Mindy attempts to make each piece unique.  In addition, because natural gemstones are used in many pieces, the cut and color of these stones may vary slightly from what is pictured.

Q: What is your policy on Returns?

A: Your satisfaction is guaranteed and your money will be returned if you return your jewelry for any reason within thirty (30) days of purchase.

Q: How long are the necklaces?

A: All necklaces/prices featured are for the 16” length, please see the "Add 2" product for more information on how you may lengthen your piece. All crochet necklaces are generally 16-17 inches; however, crochet pendant necklaces are usually 18-19 inches to allow for a layered look if desired.
